The role
Our analysts sit close to decisions — you won't be buried three layers down. We're hiring a Junior Financial Analyst to own recurring reporting and support a couple of live projects.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the monthly reporting pack (P&L, cash, key metrics)
- Keep financial models clean, documented, and easy to hand over
- Pull and reconcile data from a few sources; flag anything that looks off
- Turn analysis into a one-page read the team can act on
- Support ad-hoc analysis for live client work
What we're looking for
- Comfort in Excel / Google Sheets — formulas, pivot tables, tidy structure
- A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent hands-on work
- Care for accuracy and a habit of double-checking
- Clear written communication — you can explain a number simply
Bonus
- Exposure to accounting software (Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks)
- Any SQL or a BI tool
